How does the scoping process work?
We begin with a free initial consultation — typically a 60-minute call — to understand your requirements. We then produce a detailed technical specification and project proposal for your review before any work begins.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. While we are based in Wyoming, we regularly work with clients across Europe and internationally. All engagements are managed in English, with clear documentation and asynchronous communication tools.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
On project completion and full payment, all intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. This is explicitly stated in every Statement of Work we issue.
Can we engage you on a retainer basis?
Yes. For clients requiring ongoing development, maintenance, or technical support, we offer monthly retainer agreements. Terms are agreed in advance with clear deliverables and communication expectations.
